-they kill Banquo but Banquo's son escapes alive
-Macbeth become every upset because they failed to kill Fleance. As long as he is alive, Macbeth's power and thrown is at stake
-they attend a feast and the ghost of Banquo visits Macbeth. Macbeth freaks out when he sees the ghost and his behavior rattles all of the others attending the feast. Macbeth leaves the dinner extremely disturbed and goes to visit the witches.
-they read him his prophecies which say that he needs to be aware of Macduff
-also that he won't be harmed by any man that was born from a woman and he'll be safe until the Dunsiname Castle is approaced by Birnam Wood

-Macbeth finds out that Macduff fled to England to assist Malcolm
-he forces Macduff's Castle to be captured and that his wife and children be murdered
-Banquo's murder was blamed on Fleance
-although Lennox and others blame Macbeth
-hectare is the goddess of the witches(the head honcho)
-she thinks the sisters were wrong with Macbeth and that he's not going to do what they told him to do because he's looking out for himself and his thrown
